Product Introduction of Pre processing Integrated Machine for Food Safety Rapid Inspection System

The FT-QCL four in one food safety testing pre-processing machine (box) integrates functions such as drying, temperature bath, centrifugation, homogenization, and mixing, greatly simplifying and centralizing the general operation process of sample pre-processing. Combined with the mobile and portable all aluminum alloy box storage function, it is particularly suitable for rapid on-site quality and safety testing of agricultural and veterinary drug residues, livestock and aquatic products.

Instructions for using the pre-processing integrated machine of the food safety rapid inspection system

Open the portable aluminum alloy case, check if the instrument is intact, and turn on the power (note: do not block the ventilation port at the back of the case!). After confirming the correctness, perform the following functional module operations:

1. Air drying device

Instrument settings: Turn on the heating button switch, set the desired temperature (0~99 ℃), then press the setting button again to set the time (0~99 minutes), 000 is normally on, and finally press the setting button again to confirm.

2. Usage steps:

A Adjust the height of the bracket so that it does not come into contact with the sample liquid level (1cm)

B Set the temperature and then turn on the heating switch

C After the temperature rises to the set temperature, remove the bracket and place the test tube containing the concentrated solution into the sample tube slot. Adjust the position of the gas needle to be about 1cm above the liquid level of the test tube

D Turn on the air source switch and press the blow button

E After the sample concentration is completed, turn off the heating switch and blowing switch in sequence, and remove the test tube

F After the temperature of the sample room drops to room temperature, the box can be closed After use, it is recommended to soak the gas needle in methanol to prevent pipeline blockage and cross contamination.

Attention: For substances with unstable chemical structures, it is recommended to use a nitrogen source for concentration.

3. Centrifuge

Instrument setting: First turn on the centrifuge switch, press the centrifuge timer to set the time (0-99min), 000 is the time normally on, and then press the set button to confirm the start.

*Attention: Do not start the mixing oscillation operation during the centrifugation process; Before using the centrifuge, please ensure that the casing is level and safe!

4. Homogenizing and crushing machine

Instrument setting: Open the crushing button to start directly

*Attention: Please ensure that the cup is completely closed before opening homogenization, and also pay attention to safety!

5. Oscillating mixer

Instrument settings: Open the mixing button to start directly, with two modes available: jog and continuous.
